It starts with our mobile design showroom. We come to your home with samples, measure every room, help you choose in your own light, and give a no-obligation quote on the spot. Then the same team that sold you the floor prepares the subfloor and installs it.

Our quotes are all-in. That covers moving your furniture, removing and disposing of the old floor, moisture testing on slabs, subfloor prep and leveling, baseboard removal and reinstall, trim, and transitions into adjacent rooms. We protect the rest of the house and clean up at the end of every day.
Front Range houses throw a few curveballs, including slabs that shift with expansive clay soils, radiant tubing hidden in newer floors, and dry winter air that moves wood. We plan for each of these before the first board goes down.

Most rooms are done in one to three days, and a whole house is typically a week or less. Your estimator gives a schedule in the quote so you can plan around it.
Yes. We move it out and put it back, with the exception of very delicate pieces and items like pianos, which we discuss at your estimate.
We prefer to supply it so we can stand behind the whole job, but we are happy to talk. Bring your idea to the free estimate and we will explain what works.
That is very common. We design clean transitions between rooms, such as tile in a bath and wood in the hall, so it flows. See our floor demolition prep service if you are tearing out first.
