Flooring installation in Northglenn, CO

Northglenn was built as a planned community in the 1950s and 1960s, and that shapes nearly every flooring conversation here. The classic neighborhoods are made up of ranches, split-levels, and tri-levels with compact rooms, sturdy framing, and a great deal of original oak that has spent decades under carpet. Homeowners around Webster Lake and along the Wagon Road corridor are often surprised how good that wood looks once the carpet comes up, and how affordable a refinish can be compared with buying new.

Many of these houses have been loved by the same families for a long time, and the flooring shows it. Worn paths down the hallway, a sagging spot near the kitchen, tile in the bathroom from the original build, a basement that was finished in the 1980s with thin carpet over a slab. Each of those is a different problem, and we would rather talk through them in your living room with real samples than guess from a phone call.

Our crew handles all of it: moving furniture, tearing out the old floor, prepping, installing, trimming, and cleaning up. Ten days after the install we return to confirm everything is performing well. When you are ready, book your free estimate or start with the floor type below that matches your project.
