We lift the damaged planks, replace them with matching or color-matched boards, and blend the finish so the repair settles into the room. If the whole surface looks tired, a hardwood refinish can bring everything back to one even tone.

Floors usually fail from underneath, so we look first for slow plumbing leaks, settled joists, cold slabs, or a sump issue in the basement. We check with a moisture meter, trace the source, and make sure it is fixed before any surface work begins, or you will be calling us back for the same spot.
